From the moment the day began, it was clear everything had been planned beautifully, giving the whole celebration a calm and easy flow. Wick Farm Bath made such a lovely setting for their summer wedding, with warm light, characterful spaces, and plenty of beautiful corners for natural couple portraits. The vintage car added charm, Polo the dog brought plenty of smiles, and the evening carried on with the same relaxed, joyful energy. It was a brilliant Somerset wedding that felt personal, fun, and completely true to them.

Yarlington Barn Wedding Photography - Debbie & Nigel

Debbie and Nigel’s wedding at Yarlington Barn was the kind of Somerset wedding day that really makes the most of a venue like this. The sunshine stayed all day, guests could enjoy the open grounds, and the pond gave us one of my favourite drone shots from the whole wedding. It was my first time photographing at Yarlington Barn, and I came away properly impressed by how much variety it offers, from the lake and countryside views to the relaxed barn reception later on. Their day had such a warm, sociable feel too, with lots of old friends and army pals coming together, so nothing felt stiff or overly formal. Add in golden hour couple photos around the pond and a dance floor that was clearly ready to kick off, and it made for a brilliant introduction to Yarlington Barn wedding photography.
