Bride and groom share a romantic dip kiss in a grassy field, her long train flowing across the ground as dark trees frame the background in a dramatic black and white portrait. Abi & Josh at The Cinder Barn celebrate just married moments outdoors.

FAQ’s About Pricing

  • Each of our wedding photography packages includes a set number of hours of coverage, a professional photographer (or two photographers in our Diamond package), a selection of professionally edited digital images, and full print rights for personal use. Our packages also come with additional benefits such as a personalised photo album, an online gallery, and other options depending on the package you choose.

  • Yes, we understand that every wedding is unique, so our packages can be tailored to meet your specific needs. Whether you need extra hours, a second photographer, or specific products like a larger photo album, we can customise a package to suit your preferences.

  • Yes, we occasionally offer seasonal discounts and promotions, which are typically announced on our website and social media. We also offer special discounts for service personnel and emergency workers as a way to show our appreciation for their service.

  • Photography is one of the most important investments you’ll make for your wedding day, as these images will capture memories you’ll cherish for a lifetime. We recommend allocating 10-15% of your total wedding budget for photography to ensure you receive high-quality coverage. I always say "flowers, hair, make-up, food lasts a day, photos last a life-time".

  • We typically require a £200 deposit to secure your date (along with a signed contract), with the remaining balance due from one month to a day before your wedding day. We also offer flexible payment plans to help you manage the cost over time.

  • Our packages are designed to be all-inclusive based on the services and coverage specified. However, additional costs may arise for extended coverage beyond the agreed hours, travel beyond a certain distance, or for custom products like extra albums or prints. We’ll discuss any potential additional costs with you during our pre-booking consultation, so there are no surprises.

  • Absolutely! We encourage you to browse through our portfolio(s) to see examples of our work. We can also provide access to full wedding galleries from previous clients, so you can get a better sense of how we capture an entire wedding day.

  • We understand that plans can change. Our contract includes details about our cancellation and rescheduling policies. Generally, if you need to cancel, your deposit may be non-refundable (depending on circumstance), but we will work with you to reschedule if possible. Specific terms will be discussed during booking.

  • To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a deposit of £200. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding seasons, as our calendar fills up quickly. Contact us today to start the booking process or to request more information.
